Refund policy

When you make a purchase with us we want you to be happy with your clothes, but we know that sometimes the clothes don't work out how you hoped.  

Clothes are eligible for returns if the clothing is:

• returned within 30 days of the date received
• unworn and unwashed
• free of odors (smoke, pet or perfume)
• in their original condition (no stains-make up, deodorant, etc.)
• purchased only at full price (no sale or discounted items)

When your return is received and looked over, we will notify you of your refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Mystery Bags

Mystery bags are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

 

Defective Returns

Please send a picture of the damaged or defective clothing to hello@donnieroseboutique.com.   

 

Exchanges

We are a small business and our inventory is limited, for this reason, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to honor an exchange.  The best practice would be to return the item and purchase the correct size (if available).  

 

Holiday Returns

Clothing bought between November 1st and December 24th, that are unworn and not discounted, may be returned until January 15th.
